MICHAEL GODDARD

Originally from Tucson, Arizona, Michael began his career as a talent agent in 2006 after retiring as an actor. He studied Marketing at Arizona State University and felt his true calling to be an agent when he discovered he could combine his love of the performing arts with his business acumen. After six years at another boutique agency, Michael joined forces with Christopher Freer and Joel Carlton to establish CGF Talent in 2012. He finds his greatest joy in matching his clients with their ideal dream jobs in theater, television, and film. He shares his life with his husband, Shane, an acupuncturist, and French bulldog, Tate, both in Manhattan, as well as Hudson, NY.
CHRISTOPHER FREER

Christopher Freer's career as a talent agent spans over two decades, marked by significant contributions to the entertainment industry. Originally from Long Island, NY, Christopher began his journey as an agent in Los Angeles, working with Clear Talent Group, the same company that brought him back to New York City in the pivotal role of opening, establishing, and managing their East Coast office. In 2012, Christopher joined forces with Michael Goddard and Joel Carlton to form CGF Talent.
His involvement with the National Association of Talent Representatives (NATR) as a former board member underscores his commitment to industry standards and best practices. His deep knowledge and expertise in entertainment have earned him respect as a leader in the field. Above all, Christopher is known for his dedication to his clients, always working to support their growth and success in the industry.
BRETT RIGBY
PARTNER / AGENT
A Michigan native, Brett joined CGF Talent in 2013 and is a Partner and Talent Agent. Brett is a graduate of Western Michigan University with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Music Theatre Performance. Brett was an actor and performer for over a decade before receiving his Master of Music Degree from New York University's distinguished Steinhardt School with an Advanced Certification in Vocal Pedagogy. A member of the National Association of Teachers of Singing and the Voice Foundation, Brett served as Adjunct Voice Faculty at NYU for over seven years and is an advisor for Broadway Artists Alliance. He has guest lectured at Penn State, Texas State University, University of Michigan, University of Central Oklahoma, Fordham, AADA, and AMDA, among many others. and continues to work with both students and professionals in the industry.
ALEX STASIAK
AGENT
Alexandria has been a friend of the theater since birth and a talent representative for the past 10 years. After studying Media and Poetry at Hunter College, she worked in TV production before landing a job at Artists & Representatives. Alexandria furthered her career as an agent with KMR Talent, where she worked to help actors achieve multitudes of success in television, film, and theater, priding herself on curating the career journeys of her clients and fiercely advocating on their behalf.
JENNA BASS
COORDINATOR
Jenna is a graduate of University at Albany with a major in English and a Minor in Theatre. In 2020, Jenna began her career working at a boutique film, television, and theatre agency. Since then, she has worked at several other agencies including A3 and Carson Kolker among others. Jenna joined CGF Talent at the start of 2024.
